Best monday.com consultants for financial services firms (2026)

If you run a wealth management firm, a lender, an accounting practice or an insurance agency, the best monday.com consultant for financial services is one who already understands client onboarding, sensitive files and the paper trail your work leaves behind. I looked for monday.com partners that publish financial services work on their own websites. I found four, and I’ve added Wild 6, the company I run, which is listed first. Below is what each one does well and where each one falls short.

The five at a glance

Partner Best for Key strength Based in Prices published?
Wild 6 US financial firms under 50 people CRM, permissions and pipelines scoped from your real setup Tulsa, Oklahoma Hourly and packages; smallest engagement is a 10-hour block
Fruition Larger regulated firms in more than one country Onboarding and compliance workflows mapped to regulators Sydney, with offices in New York, London and Asia No
Elevate Operations Independent insurance agencies A dedicated insurance CRM, from lead to renewal to claims Not stated on its site No; templates and first consultation free
Kick Consulting Accounting practices in Australia and New Zealand A packaged accounting setup for deadlines, workload and client work Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and New Zealand No
Polished Geek US mortgage loan officers A mortgage CRM offer with named lead and texting integrations Sanford, North Carolina No

What does a financial services firm need from monday.com?

Whatever part of finance you’re in, these four things usually matter most:

  1. Client onboarding that doesn’t depend on email. Forms, document collection and a checklist, so every new client goes through the same steps.
  2. Permissions planned first. Client files are sensitive. Decide who sees what before anything is built, not after.
  3. One pipeline with real stages. From first conversation to signed client or closed deal, in your own words.
  4. A record of what happened. Who approved what and when, so you’re not rebuilding the story from inboxes when someone asks.

Questions worth asking any partner, including us:

  • Have you built for a firm like mine? Ask them to name one, or at least describe it.
  • How do you handle permissions? Ask to see how they’d separate teams or clients.
  • What will you connect? Ask specifically about document signing, your accounting or loan system, and your email.
  • How do you price it? A fixed scope after seeing your process is better than an open-ended estimate.

1. Wild 6

Screenshot of the Wild 6 homepage, taken 12 October 2026

Wild 6 is the company I run, a monday.com Silver Partner in Tulsa, Oklahoma, working mostly with owner-led teams of 1 to 50 people since 2022. Financial services is one of the areas we work in: healthcare lending, wealth management, commercial lending, mortgages and a research foundation that invests and provides financing.

A few real examples from our records:

  • Dwight Healthcare Funding, a healthcare lender in New York: a 50-hour CRM build with rules for who can move each deal forward, forms, deals that archive themselves the day after they close, and Zapier and DocuSign connected. They had a first working version by early October 2025, and the build finished in February 2026.
  • Arlington Wealth Management, a registered investment adviser in Chicago: a 40-hour project management build, June to August 2026.
  • Monarch Commercial Capital, a commercial lender: one main sales pipeline plus one for each person, lender and referral partner tracking, document signing, and deadline views for appraisals and approvals.
  • MSU Research Foundation, which invests in startups and provides financing: we moved its Salesforce data into monday.com and set up permissions by team. The full story is in our MSU Research Foundation case study.

Before I quote, I ask for a short recording of how your team works today. I scope from that, you get a fixed scope, timeline and price, usually within a day or two, and you choose between a build where we do the work and train you, or a collaborative build where your team builds it with us.

Ideal for
  • US wealth managers, lenders and small financial firms
  • Teams already on monday.com who aren’t using it as a CRM yet
  • Owners who want onboarding and permissions sorted before they grow

Why we stand out: Real financial services work at small-firm scale, and a fixed scope from your real setup before you commit.

Pros
  • Fixed scope from a recording of your real setup
  • Permissions and document signing built in from the start
  • Small enough that you work with me directly
  • 51 Trustpilot reviews with a 4.8 rating
Cons
  • We don’t map builds to specific regulators the way Fruition does
  • Our financial clients are small and mid-size firms, not banks
  • US-based only

Verdict: A good fit for a US financial firm under 50 people that wants onboarding, permissions and its pipeline in one place.

The Wild 6 financial firm checklist

The order I use with every financial services client:

  1. Write down your onboarding steps. Every form, document and approval, in order.
  2. Decide who sees what. Plan permissions before anything is built.
  3. Set your pipeline stages in your own words. From first conversation to signed client.
  4. Connect document signing early. It’s where most onboarding delays sit.
  5. Automate reminders and handoffs. So nothing depends on someone remembering.
  6. Build the owner dashboard last, once the data underneath is clean.

Frequently asked questions

Is monday.com secure enough for a financial services firm?

monday.com lets you control who sees each board and workspace, and its Enterprise plan adds more permission options. What matters most is how it’s set up: plan permissions before the build, and ask your partner to show you how they’d separate teams and clients.

Can monday.com replace a financial services CRM?

For many small and mid-size firms, yes. monday CRM can hold your clients, pipeline, onboarding and documents in one place. Firms with strict regulatory reporting needs should check those requirements with a partner first.

How much does a monday.com consultant cost for a financial firm?

Most partners in this list don’t publish prices. At Wild 6, the smallest engagement is a 10-hour block, and you can see our real prices on our cost page.

How long does a setup take?

A focused setup usually takes two to three weeks once the scope is agreed. See how long a monday.com implementation takes, with real timelines from our projects.

Which partner is best for an accounting firm?
