How much does a monday.com implementation cost?
At Wild 6, a monday.com implementation costs $175 per hour, most scoped projects start around $3,500, and the smallest engagement is a 10-hour package for $1,750. What you’ll actually pay depends on how many boards you need, how messy your data is, how many tools you connect, and how much training your team needs. Below are our real numbers and the hours we typically scope, so you can estimate before you ever talk to us.
| Option | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly consulting | $175 per hour | Small fixes, questions, adding to an existing setup |
| 10-hour package | $1,750 | A focused first step or a cleanup |
| Scoped implementation | From about $3,500 | A CRM, a project system, or both, built around your process |
| AI Opportunity Sprint | $3,000 | Finding where AI agents would actually help, before building |
| AI transformation packages | $8,000, $15,000 or $20,000+ | Agentic workflows and agents built on monday.com |

What drives the cost of a monday.com implementation?
Five things, in roughly this order:
- Scope. A CRM alone is smaller than a CRM plus project management plus dashboards.
- Your data. Clean data moves quickly. Duplicates, missing fields and years of spreadsheet history take time to clean.
- Integrations. Each tool you connect, through native monday.com integrations, Make, Zapier, n8n or an API, adds hours.
- Automations and AI. Simple automations are quick. AI workflows and agents need guardrails and approvals designed first.
- Training. How many people need training, and whether you want one internal admin or several champions.
The thing that drives cost down the most is a clear picture of how you work today. That’s why I ask for a short screen recording before I quote.
How many hours does a typical project take?
Some of these are what we typically scope, and some are what finished projects actually took. Your project will be scoped individually, but most land close to one of these.
| Project | Hours | At $175 per hour | Based on |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM build | 20 to 25 | $3,500 to $4,375 | What we typically scope |
| CRM plus project management | 40 to 50 | $7,000 to $8,750 | What we typically scope; a nonprofit association’s build took 45 |
| Intake form and task boards for one team | About 25 | About $4,375 | A finished project for a community foundation |
| CRM migration from another system (setup) | About 20 | About $3,500 | What we typically scope; MSU Research Foundation‘s move off Salesforce was part of a 20-hour project |
| Data cleanup during a migration | 5 to 10, up to 20 for messy data | $875 to $1,750, up to $3,500 | What we typically scope |
| Custom monday.com app and issue tracker | About 50 | About $8,750 | A finished project for a nonprofit |
What’s included in a scoped project?
Every scoped project includes the same steps, so you know what you’re paying for:
- Discovery. A first call about your business, then a recording or workflow form from your team.
- A written scope, timeline and price, usually within a day or two of getting the form.
- The build. Either a full build by us, usually two to three weeks, or a collaborative build over four to five weeks where your team builds it with us on screen shares.
- Training, usually for one internal admin who will own the system.
- A close-support period after go-live.
What’s not included: monday.com licenses, which you buy from monday.com, and ongoing support after the close-support period, which you can buy in blocks of hours.
How do payment and support hours work?
Scoped projects start with a 50% deposit. After launch, most clients buy a block of support hours once or twice a year as they add to the system. Unused hours carry over for three months.
What do the AI packages cost?
If you want AI agents and AI workflows built on top of monday.com, we offer fixed packages:
| Package | Price | Timeline | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Opportunity Sprint | $3,000 | 2 weeks | A monday.com workflow audit, three prioritized AI agent briefs with an ROI model, and a guardrail and implementation roadmap |
| Essential | $8,000 | Up to 8 weeks | One AI use case, up to 5 boards and a dashboard, up to 2 AI workflows and 1 agent, for one team |
| Advanced | $15,000 | Up to 12 weeks | Up to 2 use cases, up to 10 boards, up to 4 AI workflows and 2 agents, for up to 2 teams |
| Premier | $20,000+ | Up to 16 weeks | Up to 5 use cases, up to 20 boards, up to 6 AI workflows and several agents, for up to 3 teams |
Full details are on our AI implementation page. To be honest, most companies should fix their workflow and data first. If your CRM is a mess, AI will make it a faster mess.
Is it cheaper to set up monday.com yourself?
In cash, yes. In time, often not. A tech-comfortable owner can build a simple setup alone, and for a small team with a simple process I’d encourage it. A partner earns their fee when boards need to connect, data needs migrating, permissions matter, or nobody on your team has time to learn monday.com properly. The bigger question is whether your team will actually use what gets built.
How do our prices compare to other monday.com partners?
Most monday.com partners don’t publish prices, so it’s hard to compare directly. When you get quotes, compare the same things: total hours, what’s included in training and support, who owns the system afterward, and whether the price is fixed or open-ended. A fixed scope based on your real setup is the safest way to avoid surprises.
