Best monday.com consultants for engineering and industrial firms (2026)
If you run an engineering firm, an industrial service company or a manufacturer, the best monday.com consultant for engineering firms is one who understands project-based work: jobs with deadlines, handoffs between teams, and clients who want to know where things stand. I looked for monday.com partners that publish engineering, manufacturing or industrial work on their own websites. I found three, and I’ve added Wild 6, the company I run, which is listed first. To be honest, none of the other three publishes a page for engineering firms specifically, so I’ve said plainly what each one actually shows.
In this guide
The four at a glance
| Partner | Best for | Key strength | Based in | Prices published? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wild 6 | Engineering and industrial firms under 200 people | Project tracking, client updates and branch views scoped from your real setup | Tulsa, Oklahoma | Hourly and packages; smallest engagement is a 10-hour block |
| Fruition | Larger manufacturers in more than one country | Production planning, quality control and ERP connections | Sydney, with offices in New York, London and Asia | No |
| Eligeo | Manufacturers whose ERP and shop floor don’t match | Connecting quotes, BOMs, the shop floor and costing | Not stated on its site | Fixed scope and fixed fee; amounts not published |
| Kick Consulting | Manufacturers in Australia and New Zealand | Production tracking with dependencies and dashboards | Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and New Zealand | No |
What does an engineering or industrial firm need from monday.com?
Whether you design projects, service equipment or make products, these things usually matter most:
- One board per project, with the same columns every time. Status, owner, deadline and next step, so anyone can read any project.
- Dependencies. When one task slips, the dates after it should move too, not sit there looking fine.
- Client updates that don’t depend on someone’s inbox. A clear record of what was sent and what the client is waiting on.
- A view for each office or branch. Each location sees its own work, and leadership sees all of it.
- Connections to the tools you already use, such as your accounting system, so numbers aren’t typed twice.
Questions worth asking any partner, including us:
- Have you built for a firm like mine? Ask them to name one, or at least describe it.
- How will you handle dependencies and timelines? Ask to see one.
- What will you connect? Ask specifically about your accounting system, your ERP if you have one, and your email.
- How do you price it? A fixed scope after seeing your process is better than an open-ended estimate.
1. Wild 6

Wild 6 is the company I run, a monday.com Silver Partner in Tulsa, Oklahoma, working mostly with owner-led teams since 2022. Engineering and industrial firms are one of the areas we work in.
A few real examples from our records:
- Bell, a civil engineering, landscape architecture and planning firm in Lexington, Kentucky: we built them a monday.com system to manage their project tracking and client communications.
- Purpose Engineering, a firm in Stockholm, Sweden: a 25-hour project management build from March to May 2025. We designed a board template, refined it over three rounds, built all their project boards from their Excel files, fixed the dependencies between tasks, set permissions, and added a QuickBooks board and a materials board.
- Hodge Industrial Technologies, which sells and services industrial air compressors from branches across the eastern US: a 25-hour build in July and August 2025, in two phases. Each branch got its own board views, the team got sales and media dashboards with weekly reports from both, and we trained them and switched on their notifications.
Before I quote, I ask for a short recording of how your team works today. I scope from that, you get a fixed scope, timeline and price, usually within a day or two, and you choose between a build where we do the work and train you, or a collaborative build where your team builds it with us.
- Engineering firms that run many projects at once
- Industrial and service companies with more than one branch
- Teams already on monday.com who want it set up properly
Why we stand out: Real engineering and industrial work at small and mid-size scale, and a fixed scope from your real setup before you commit.
- Fixed scope from a recording of your real setup
- Branch views, dependencies and dashboards built in from the start
- Small enough that you work with me directly
- 51 Trustpilot reviews with a 4.8 rating
- We don’t publish a manufacturing package with ERP and shop floor connections, as Fruition and Eligeo do
- Our clients here are small and mid-size firms, not large manufacturers
- Based in the US, so teams overseas work with us across time zones
Verdict: A good fit for an engineering or industrial firm that wants its projects, clients and branches in one place.
2. Fruition

Fruition describes itself as a Platinum monday.com partner with more than 900 implementations, headquartered in Sydney with offices in New York, London, Singapore, New Delhi and Manila. Its manufacturing page covers production planning, quality control, inventory, supplier coordination and health and safety tracking, and it connects monday.com to the ERP and MES systems a manufacturer already runs. It also offers monday CRM for manufacturing, so sales, production and service data sit together.
It offers a free 30-minute audit and doesn’t publish prices.
- Larger manufacturers
- Teams that need monday.com connected to an ERP or MES
- Firms operating in the US, the UK and Australia
Why they stand out: The broadest manufacturing offer here, from the shop floor to the sales team.
- More than 900 implementations
- ERP and MES connections
- Offices on several continents
- Free 30-minute audit
- No published prices
- Headquartered in Australia
- May be more than a small firm needs
Verdict: The right call for a larger manufacturer that wants production, quality and sales in one system.
3. Eligeo

Eligeo describes itself as a monday.com Platinum Partner and a Make Silver Partner. Its manufacturing page follows a job from quote to invoice: the quote, the engineering BOM and routing, planning and purchasing, the shop floor, quality and shipping, and costing. It keeps the ERP you already run and connects it to your other systems, such as MES, CAD and quality, then uses AI for the manual work between them.
It works to a fixed scope and a fixed fee, so you know the price before work starts, but it doesn’t publish amounts.
- Manufacturers whose ERP and shop floor tell different stories
- Teams that re-type the same job into several systems
- Shops that want to keep their ERP
Why they stand out: It starts from the handoffs between systems, which is where a manufacturer’s numbers usually go wrong.
- Built around the quote-to-invoice flow
- Keeps your ERP
- Fixed scope and fixed fee
- Platinum partner
- No published prices
- Location not stated on its site
- Focused on manufacturing rather than engineering services
Verdict: Worth a call for a manufacturer that wants its systems connected, not replaced.
4. Kick Consulting

Kick Consulting is a monday.com Silver Partner with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and New Zealand. It has written about monday.com for manufacturing: tracking production and new product launches, task dependencies, dashboards and automating recurring work. Its packaged industry solutions are for accounting, construction, mortgage brokers and not-for-profits, so manufacturing is covered by its general implementation service rather than a package.
It offers a free 60-minute first call and doesn’t publish prices.
- Manufacturers in Australia and New Zealand
- Teams that want production tracking and dashboards first
Why they stand out: A local team for manufacturers in Australia and New Zealand.
- Local team across Australia and New Zealand
- Free 60-minute first call
- Silver partner
- No published prices
- No dedicated manufacturing package
- Time zones make it a harder fit for US firms
Verdict: A sensible first call for a manufacturer in Australia or New Zealand.

The Wild 6 engineering firm checklist
The order I use with every engineering and industrial client:
- List your active projects. Every one, with its owner and next deadline.
- Agree one set of columns for every project. The same status labels everywhere.
- Map the handoffs. Who passes work to whom, and what they need to start.
- Set dependencies, so one late task moves the dates after it.
- Decide who sees what, by office, branch or team.
- Connect your accounting system once the boards are working.
- Build the owner dashboard last, once the data underneath is clean.
Key takeaways
- Three monday.com partners besides Wild 6 publish engineering, manufacturing or industrial work on their own websites, and none of them has a page for engineering firms specifically.
- Wild 6 has built monday.com systems for Bell, Purpose Engineering and Hodge Industrial Technologies.
- Fruition is the choice for larger manufacturers that need ERP and MES connections.
- Eligeo connects a manufacturer’s existing systems from quote to invoice.
- Kick Consulting is the local option in Australia and New Zealand.
Frequently asked questions
Is monday.com good for engineering firms?
Yes, for firms that run several projects at once and want one place to see status, owners and deadlines. It works best when every project uses the same columns and one person on your team owns the setup.
Can monday.com replace engineering project management software?
For many small and mid-size firms, yes. Firms that rely on specialist tools for design, CAD or accounting usually keep those and connect monday.com to them, rather than replacing them.
Can monday.com connect to an ERP or accounting system?
Often, yes. Fruition and Eligeo both connect monday.com to manufacturing ERPs, and Make, Zapier or a native integration can connect most accounting systems. Ask your partner to confirm your specific system before you start.
How much does a monday.com consultant cost for an engineering firm?
Most partners in this list don’t publish prices. At Wild 6, the smallest engagement is a 10-hour block, and you can see our real prices on our cost page.
How long does a setup take?
Our Purpose Engineering and Hodge Industrial Technologies projects took about 25 hours each, from about three weeks to two and a half months on the calendar. See how long a monday.com implementation takes, with real timelines from our projects.
Do you work with construction companies too?
Yes. See our list of the best monday.com consultants for construction companies, or read our client case studies.
