Best monday.com consultants for construction companies (2026)

If you own a construction company, the best monday.com consultant for construction is one who can get your jobs, crews, subcontractors and timelines into one place, then give you a view of the whole business without calling every project manager. Below are six monday.com partners that publish real construction work, what each one is best at, and where each one falls short. I run one of them, so Wild 6 is listed first.

The six at a glance

Partner Best for Key strength Based in Pricing published?
Wild 6 Owner-led contractors under 50 people in the US Owner view and project manager view built from the same data, scoped from your real setup Tulsa, Oklahoma Hourly and fixed scope; smallest engagement is a 10-hour block
Elevate Operations Contractors who want to start fast with templates Construction-specific templates and a long list of named construction clients Not stated on its site Templates and first consultation free
Fruition Larger builders and specialty contractors Full lifecycle from bids to warranty, including RFIs and procurement Sydney, with a New York office No

What should a construction company look for in a monday.com consultant?

Look for someone who understands jobs, not just tasks. When I talk to construction owners, the problems sound the same: no visibility into timelines, nobody knows what’s going on with a job until something goes wrong, and things fall through the cracks between the office, the field and the subs. A good partner fixes that with a structure your project managers will actually keep up to date.

Questions worth asking any partner, including us:

  1. Have you built for a contractor like mine? A remodeler, a commercial GC and a specialty trade need different boards.
  2. How will subcontractors use it? Guest access can let subs see their part without a paid seat.
  3. What will the owner see? You need the high-level view of every job and the detailed view underneath.
  4. Does it work from the field? Your crews will use the mobile app or they won’t use it at all.
  5. How do you connect estimating and accounting? Ask about the tools you already use.

1. Wild 6

Wild 6 is the company I run, a monday.com Silver Partner in Tulsa, Oklahoma, working mostly with owner-led teams of 1 to 50 people since 2022. Construction and the trades are one of the areas we work in: our clients include California Home Center, a remodeling and outdoor kitchen company, and Johnson’s Custom Cabinetry. You can read our client case studies. The owners we talk to usually say some version of “we don’t know where things stand.”

Here is the structure I’d usually recommend for a small or mid-size contractor:

  • One board for jobs, with every active job, its stage, its project manager and its dates.
  • A timeline view so you can see overlapping jobs and crew conflicts before they happen.
  • Subcontractor handoffs tracked on the job, with guest access for subs where it makes sense.
  • A request and change board, so field requests and changes don’t live in text messages.
  • Two views of the same data: the high-level view for the owner and the detailed view for each project manager.

For California Home Center, across nine small projects between 2024 and 2025, we built their CRM and sales dashboards, brought their Angi leads into monday.com, connected Twilio for texting, and set up project boards with contractor and hours tracking.

I also look hard at what you already have. A lot of teams come to us with too many boards, a few nobody uses, and the fix is usually to consolidate before adding anything.

Before I quote, I ask for a short screen recording of how your team tracks jobs today. I scope from that, give you a fixed scope and timeline, and you choose between a build where we do the work and train you, or a collaborative build where your team builds it with us. Either way, someone in your office is trained to own it.

Ideal for
  • Owner-led contractors under 50 people in the US
  • Companies already on monday.com with too many boards
  • Owners who want a whole-business view without calling every PM

Why we stand out: We build around how your company actually runs jobs, and we size the work from your real setup before you commit.

Pros
  • Fixed scope from a recording of your real setup
  • Owner view and project manager view from the same data
  • Consolidates messy setups instead of piling on boards
  • Small enough that you work with me directly
  • 51 Trustpilot reviews with a 4.8 rating
Cons
  • No published construction case study yet
  • No prebuilt construction template library like some partners offer
  • Not built for very large general contractors with dozens of PMs

Verdict: A good fit for an owner-led contractor that wants a clear view of every job and a system the office will keep up to date.

2. Elevate Operations

Screenshot of the Elevate Operations homepage, taken 12 October 2026

Elevate Operations describes itself as a monday.com Platinum Partner and a construction vertical specialist, and it has the longest list of named construction clients of anyone here, including Dunhill Construction, Collums Construction and Essex General Construction. It says it has set up more than 50 construction firms on monday.com.

Its model is different from most partners. It offers free construction templates for jobs, subcontractors and crew scheduling, setup videos, and a free one-hour consultation, and it says most companies have a system live within a day or two. Its page explains that it earns a referral commission when a monday.com trial converts to a paid plan. It also sets up guest access so subcontractors can participate without a paid seat.

Ideal for
  • Contractors who want to start quickly from proven templates
  • Teams comfortable setting up from videos with light help
  • Companies coordinating several subcontractors per job

Why they stand out: Construction is its specialty, with a long list of named construction clients.

Pros
  • Many named construction clients
  • Free templates and a free one-hour consultation
  • Fast start, often a day or two
  • Subcontractor guest access set up for you
Cons
  • Location isn’t stated on its site
  • A template start may need more work later if your process is unusual
  • No measured results published

Verdict: The fastest way to get a standard construction setup running.

Fruition is a Platinum monday.com partner with offices in Sydney, New York, London and Asia. Its construction offer covers the whole lifecycle: bids and estimating, scheduling and resources, subcontractor and RFI tracking, material procurement and purchase orders, daily logs, and warranty tracking after handover. Dashboards link material orders to project budgets to show actual against forecast spend.

It shows testimonials from HOLT CAT and Falkbuilt, and its client logos include several construction firms. It offers a free 30-minute system audit and doesn’t publish prices.

Ideal for
  • Larger builders and specialty contractors
  • Companies that need RFIs, procurement and budgets in one system
  • Firms working across more than one country

Why they stand out: The most complete construction lifecycle offer on this list.

4. Eligeo

Screenshot of the Eligeo homepage, taken 12 October 2026

Eligeo describes itself as a process-first consultancy and a monday.com Platinum Partner, with team members who have worked in construction operations. Its construction offer focuses on the work between your tools: capturing change orders in the field and routing them to finance, drafting pay applications from approved field quantities, a live project pipeline, and a Friday status report built from one connected record.

It connects monday.com and Make to your estimating tool and accounting system rather than replacing them. It works on a fixed scope and fixed fee, and credits its process audit fee toward implementation. It doesn’t name construction clients on its construction page.

Ideal for
  • Contractors losing time between estimating, the field and billing
  • Companies that want to keep their existing estimating and accounting tools
  • Teams interested in careful use of AI on drawings and submittals

Why they stand out: It targets the handoffs between tools, like change orders and pay applications.

Pros
  • Construction operations experience on the team
  • Fixed scope and fixed fee
  • Keeps your existing tools
  • Audit fee credited toward the build
Cons
  • No named construction clients on its page
  • Location isn’t stated on its site
  • Prices aren’t published

Verdict: Worth a call if change orders and pay applications are where you lose time and money.

5. CarbonWeb

Screenshot of the CarbonWeb homepage, taken 12 October 2026

CarbonWeb is a monday.com partner with a US team and a Latin America team. For construction, it offers a bid tracking pipeline built on monday CRM: bids with status, deadlines and follow-ups, client and subcontractor relationships, reminders for bid deadlines and document submissions, storage for bid documents and contracts, sales dashboards and a bid calculator. It connects to PandaDoc, Google Calendar, Gmail and Outlook.

It says the pipeline is included at no cost with a monday CRM onboarding package, which covers personalizing it, training a CRM champion and support. It doesn’t name construction clients on that page.

Ideal for
  • Contractors whose biggest problem is winning and tracking bids
  • Teams that send proposals with PandaDoc
  • Companies starting with the sales side before project delivery

Why they stand out: A ready-made bid pipeline for the front end of construction.

Pros
  • Bid tracking built for construction
  • Included with an onboarding package
  • Named document and calendar integrations
  • US team
Cons
  • Focused on bids, not running jobs
  • No named construction clients on the page
  • Prices for the onboarding package aren’t published

Verdict: A good fit if your pipeline of bids needs fixing before your jobs do.

6. Green Llamas

Screenshot of the Green Llamas homepage, taken 12 October 2026

Green Llamas is a monday.com Silver Partner that has worked with monday.com since 2019 and focuses on small and mid-size businesses. It offers implementation, training, integrations, AI enablement and managed services, and it says it has served more than 450 businesses and trained more than 6,500 employees. It shows a testimonial from Trail Ridge Construction.

It isn’t a construction specialist, but its emphasis on training suits contractors whose bigger problem is getting the team to use the system. It offers a free consultation and doesn’t publish prices.

Ideal for
  • Small contractors who need training as much as setup
  • Teams that want ongoing managed support
  • Companies on Eastern time

Why they stand out: A training-heavy approach for smaller businesses.

Pros
  • Long monday.com track record
  • Strong focus on training
  • Managed services available
  • Free consultation
Cons
  • Not construction-specific
  • One construction testimonial
  • No published prices

Verdict: A good fit for a small contractor where adoption is the real problem.

The Wild 6 construction setup checklist

The order I use with every contractor:

  1. List every active job with its stage, PM and dates. That’s your first board.
  2. Decide what the owner needs to see every Monday morning.
  3. Decide what subs and the field need and who needs a seat versus guest access.
  4. Move requests and changes out of text messages into a tracked board.
  5. Consolidate before adding. Fewer boards that everyone updates beat many that nobody does.
  6. Train one person in the office to own it.

Key takeaways

  • The right construction partner understands jobs, subs and timelines, not just tasks.
  • For owner-led US contractors under 50 people, Wild 6 builds the owner view and the PM view from the same data.
  • Elevate Operations is the fastest start, with templates and many named construction clients.
  • Fruition covers the full lifecycle for larger builders.
  • Eligeo and CarbonWeb fix specific parts of the business: billing handoffs and bids.

Key terms

  • Guest access: letting someone outside your company, like a subcontractor, see and update specific boards.
  • Timeline view: a view that shows jobs and tasks across dates so you can see overlaps.
  • Change order: a documented change to a job’s scope, cost or schedule.
  • Pay application: a contractor’s request for payment based on work completed.
  • RFI: a request for information, usually from the field or a sub to the designer or owner.

Frequently asked questions

Is monday.com good for construction companies?

Yes, for contractors who want jobs, crews, subs and timelines in one place. It works best when the boards match how your company actually runs jobs.

Can subcontractors use our monday.com?

Yes. Guest access lets subcontractors see and update their part of a job. A partner can set up what each sub sees.

How much does a monday.com consultant cost for a contractor?

It depends on scope. Some partners offer free templates, others quote fixed fees. At Wild 6, the smallest engagement is a 10-hour block, and larger setups get a fixed scope after we see your current process. See what a monday.com implementation costs.

How long does a construction setup take?

A template start can be live in a day or two. A setup built around your own process usually takes two to three weeks once the scope is agreed. See how long a monday.com implementation takes, with real timelines from our projects.

Does monday.com replace Procore or our accounting software?

Usually not. Most contractors keep their specialized tools and use monday.com to connect the work between them.

What should we prepare before talking to a consultant?

A list of active jobs, a short recording of how you track them today, and what you want to see every Monday morning.
